Been cleaning out some old KSLX stuff and found this photo of me guest starring on "Brisco County, Jr." twenty years ago:
That's co-star Julius Carry as Lord Bowler, BBB and Bruce Campbell as Brisco, on the Warner Brothers back lot in January of 1994. The show, "Hard Rock" was a takeoff on the Hard Rock Cafe (they built a wagon coming out of a false front) and they invited popular radio personalities from around the country to be in the show. We got along famously, meaning they were famous and had no idea who I was.
Not sure if it's connected but I was fired several weeks after this.
I did have big TV plans, though. And I've often wondered what happened. Gee, I wonder what ol' Seneca has to say about this?
"Our plans miscarry because they have no aim. When a man does not know what harbor he is making for, no wind is the right wind."
