It's Just Like Me to Say to You
October 12, 2014
Just before Charlie Waters passed he reminded me that his favorite Paul Revere and The Raiders song was "Just Like Me" and he wanted it played at his funeral. When I got home from NM today I was catching up on the news and saw that Paul Revere died a couple days before Charlie. Here are the two of them. The photo hangs in my studio:
The legendary Paul Revere and Charles Richard Waters, known in some circles as Charles Juarez Way.
"But it's just like you
To say goodbye
And leave me all
Alone at night, to cry. . ."
—Paul Revere, "Just Like Me"
