Graphic Cinema Is Back, Baby!

 October 4, 2026

In the future, when you see this logo, you can expect at least one thing.

Liberties Have Been Taken

Yes, I have long wanted to expand on my graphic novel-ish Western stories but I have been hamstrung by my allegiance to historical truth. This, ahem—graphic warning—will act as a clarifier going forward.

You have been warned. Examples of movies on paper ahead.

Every morning, when Mickey got up, we were treated to our own personal rodeo. He mounted his mammoth jack, and the contest would begin.

"Mickey Free Says 'Good Morning'

to His Big Mammoth Jack"

"Darling Dixxy Diamond"
Don't mess with sis!

Busted!

Marked cards and a fake name. How low can a hero of the American frontier go? As it turns out, quite a bit lower.

Daily Whip Out: "Wyatt Earp Under Arrest"

His greatest strength was his greatest weakness. He could certainly walk the walk, but he couldn't describe what that walk looked like, or even, where it came from. Men of action usually can't really describe it, much less explain it. Describing it is for scared little boys who idolize men with courage.

As for Graphic Cinema, all I know is I am doing something I love and I'm making it to the best of my abilities. And, also, I agree with this guy:

"I fully believe that I haven't even started doing the thing that is the main thing I end up doing."

—James Austin Johnson

Old Vaqueros Can Tell A Story Or Two, Too

"Go ahead and do foolish things but do them with enthusiasm."

—Old Vaquero Saying
