"Dust Storm Refugees"
(2017)
This was created for the Mickey Free story and it perfectly sets up a sequence of Mickey coming upon an entire Mexican village trying to flee across a dry lake in almost zero visibility.

"And a few decades later a local cartoonist has a preoccupation with dust storms and haboobs! Coincidence?"
—Greg Scott

Got lots to say about the show and the hats. But I have to say, that guy's is a dead ringer for Doroteo Arango!
"It isn't the strongest of the species that survive, but the one most responsive to change."
—Charles Darwin
