On our morning walk, as we were coming back off the hill from Morningstar, Uno suddenly stopped dead in his tracks and pointed with his nose towards a stand of cholla north of our house.
Do you see 'em?
Here's a closer look.
Now do you see 'em?
I counted ten deer amongst the cholla bushes and as we came upon them, I saw half the herd going across the road to the other side, which is why these deer are frantically looking in their direction. Any way you slice it, this is a very large herd of deer.
Okay, NOW I see 'em!
Thankfully, Uno only killed two and severely wounded a baby.
Sorry, that's a joke. Uno did confess to me he would have liked to have smelled a couple anuses though.
Such is life.
