One of my favorite things to hear is when someone says, "Grandpa, I want to paint something."
My new favorite artist
The girl is five and she already knows her way around a paint brush but she did have some expert help.
The very helpful Uno-Elbow rest
"No, go ahead, rest your elbow on my head. It will help you make more confident strokes on the paper."
