I'm on the road home from a great Cowboy Symposium in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Really enjoyed the annual event. Left for home at four this morning. Drove to Socorro and stopped in at the El Camino Family Restaurant for huevos rancheros and a cup of joe before tackling the San Augustine Plains and the badlands of Quemado.
Folks from all over the West attend the Symposium (estimated attendance this year was is at 20,000), including Joe who walked down from Taos. New Mexico.
