Last Friday Kathy and I were motoring into the Beast on Seventh Avenue when we spied this jacked-up Caddie south of Thunderbird headed for Bell (no relation).

Dang, that's bitchin' and I don't think those are stock fins either on what looks like a '63 Cadillac. We were on our way to meet the D's (Dan and Darlene) at Manuel's on Bell for a great lunch get together.
Then, when we got home we watched this old gem:

Of course I had seen it when it came out, but on the second watching I have to admit, half of it was inspired and zany as hell, and then, the other half, was, well, "What the hell were they smokin'?"
Oh, yeah, right.
