Just heard that Adam Sandler is set to star in a comedy, Ridiculous 6 which will parody The Magnificent Seven.
Somewhere I have a photo of myself and a girlfriend walking along Gurley Street in Prescott in the early 1970s. Unbeknownst to us, a photographer snapped our photo as we walked along the edge of the plaza and then approached us, developing the print as we stood there and we gave him $5, I think, and he gave us a black and white print.
At the funeral for Choc Hamilton on Monday there was a photo of Choc and his second wife Florine walking along Whiskey Row in Prescott during the Frontier Days Rodeo in 1971. According to Florine this is just after they met and danced at Matt's. I believe this is at the same time the Steve McQueen rodeo film Junior Bonner was being filmed in Prescott. I wonder if it was the same photographer?
Went home for lunch and whipped out a little study. Growing up in Mohave County I have a pretty good understanding of windy conditions.
