Deena and her kids flew in yesterday afternoon and we thought we'd celebrate by meeting Kathy's sibs at one of our favorite Mexican food joints on the planet.
This is the Bell-Radina clan at Pepe's Taco Villa last night. We have been going to this muy bueno restaurant for a very long time. How long? Well, I celebrated my 40th birthday here and that was 36 years ago. Ay Yi Yi!
That's Luz, standing at the head of the table. Her mother would hold Deena when she was a crying baby and gently rock her so her parents could eat. Deena is 43. Yikes!
Time flies when you are having fun.
One more thing: one of people in this photograph is pregnant. It was the surprise of the evening. Oh, and I had the chicken mole and it was primo.
We got out to the Triple B Ranch in time to go swimming with the real draw of the trip for the kids.
