Miss Behavin' When The Levee Breaks

 April 6, 2022

Some people wonder where exactly I get my inspiration from and here's a very good example.

Green Shades, Great Hat, Great Gal

She's a distant neighbor and Ali Baker is on our property doing her landscape thing.

   Speaking of talented gals.

Playing For Change Rocks!

I never really cared for Led Zep's version of "When The Levee Breaks," but when John Paul Jones collaborated with Play For Change to create an international version of the old 1929 blues classic, I flipped out. This is just the coolest song and I love all the rich solos both vocal and instrumental.

This cat, Sabastian Robertson playing at the end of the jetty on Mission Beach is one of the engineers on the song and is the son of Robbie Robertson of The Band fame.
